Yoga Schedule

Monday:

  • 12:00 – 12:30 pm: Yoga, City of Redding AvTech
    • A general yoga class for City of Redding employees where each session varies and focuses on either standing poses, forward bends, chest openers, or twists. Modifications will be given to accommodate all levels.

Tuesday:

  • 12:00 – 12:30 pm: Yoga, City of Redding City Hall
    • A general yoga class for City of Redding employees where each session varies and focuses on either standing poses, forward bends, chest openers, or twists. Modifications will be given to accommodate all levels.

Wednesday:

  • 12:00 – 12:30 pm: Yoga, City of Redding AvTech
    • A general yoga class for City of Redding employees where each session varies and focuses on either standing poses, forward bends, chest openers, or twists. Modifications will be given to accommodate all levels.

Thursday:

  • 12:00 – 12:30 pm: Yoga, City of Redding City Hall
    • A general yoga class for City of Redding employees where each session varies and focuses on either standing poses, forward bends, chest openers, or twists. Modifications will be given to accommodate all levels.

Friday:

  • 12:00 – 12:30 pm: Meditation, City of Redding City Hall
    • An offering of various styles and techniques for City of Redding employees to ground, refresh, and end the week on a high note. Possible meditation styles include, Yoga Nidra, observational, breath-focused, chanting, guided, affirmation based, Meta/Loving-Kindness. All levels welcomed.
