Yoga Schedule

Monday:

      1. typically my day off, but potentially available for private sessions

Tuesday:

      1. available for private sessions
      2. 2:30 – 4 pm: Wellness Yoga, Shasta Community Health Center: 1035 Placer St, 3rd floor
        • A free therapeutic yoga class for those who are more able-bodied or have been attending for awhile and want more physical exercise. This class will offer more movement, balance poses, stretches, and strengthening exercises while still incorporating the meditation and breathing exercies true to a traditional yoga practice. Accommodations given.

Wednesday:

      1. available for private sessions
      2. 8/22 & 8/29: 5:45 or 6pm; 90-minute, SUP Yoga with On Water Yoga (pre-registration required)
        • The SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) provides a platform on the water for our yoga practice and nature provides a connection to the Divine within you that is unparalleled. This is truly an experience to be felt and one I struggle to put into words. It’s my favorite way to yoga and brings a deep connection not only within, but to those you experience this with. Dress in layers and set your intention to not fall in, or fall in, if you so choose!

Thursday:

      1. available for private sessions
      2. 2:30 – 4 pm: Wellness Yoga, Shasta Community Health Center: 1035 Placer St, 3rd floor  
        • A free therapeutic yoga class for those who need a less active practice and know that through gentle, quieter, and calmer activity our body, mind, and spirit’s can heal and rejuvenate. This class will offer more yin, restorative, joint freeing, meditatve, breath, and yoga nidra work.

Friday:

      1. available for private sessions

Saturday:

      1. available for private sessions
      2. 10:30 – 11:45 am: Warm Slow Flow, Balance Yoga
        • This is an All Levels, slow Vinyasa Flow in a room heated to 80-85 degrees. Weaving meditation through the entirety of the practice, we quit the rushing and slow down; we feel, breathe, and experience, Life. An alignment focused class with hands-on assists and moments to “workshop-out” and ask questions about the more advanced poses.
        • This is about finding ourselves connected to the Divine, our True-Authentic-Selves, via movement. Come and find a tangible integration of body, mind, and spirit and leave feeling more whole, in-tune, satisfied.

Sunday:

      1. available for private sessions
      2. 9:15 -10:45 am: SUP Yoga with On Water Yoga (pre-registration required)
